I wish there were words to describe the dedication and openness we had with Diti since being first time buyers and hearing horror stories of agents pressuring in purchasing properties when it may or may not suit our needs.
I must first say that Diti was so dedicated in our preferences that we went to look at properties every Sunday from January till April 2009. There was never a single complaint on why we were seeing so many or that we should skip a weekend. We were on a mission and we had our Captain to steer us in the right direction. Having an agent where both my fiancée and I looked forward in seeing Diti rather than the condos for purchase is amazement beyond our belief. We are so happy that we no longer just call Diti an agent but also a friend.
Both, myself and Rubina (my fiancée) are proud supporters of Diti and have always mentioned to any friend, family or acquaintance looking for any type of residential property to use Diti. The best part of this all was that our parents couldn’t get enough of Diti. In the latter part of our condo search my mother started coming with us for the condo visits. Diti was so pleasant that when we would drive from one condo to another, my mother would jump in Diti’s car and my mom would just simply enjoy Diti’s company.
It was with great pleasure working with Diti Dumas and with great confidence there is no hesitation to say that when we both are looking for another place to live, Diti will always be our first choice. Even when we were in negotiations of getting the condo, there were times where I was so irritated with the situations of dealing with the other agent, that Diti always had a way of just bringing us both calm and collective.
We are so happy that our first steps in creating a family bond have started with Diti.

I think Diti is really great at what she does. After she helped me find my perfect condo, I visited her at another open house she was doing for a client and noticed how great she is at what she does. I watched as she greeted everyone - very friendly, not aggressive but helpful. From experience, I know going to open houses can be intimidating and agents can make you feel like you're wasting their time… but Diti doesn’t do that at all. She makes people feel relaxed and able to explore the property without any added pressure.

We had lived in the Bennington Hts. neighbourhood for about 3 years, but wanted a move deeper into the core of the neighbourhood, and into a larger, "newer" home. By fully understanding our family and our needs Diti helped make this happen. When a builder bought an older home in the neighbourhood in order to do a rebuild, Diti knew that the location was perfect for us and made contact with the builder. We weren't sure that the house was going to be right for us, but Diti was. Through her relationship with the builder we followed his progress closely. As the house was nearing completion we also knew it was the house for us. Diti and her Johnston & Daniel team helped us negotiate the purchase before the builder even had a chance to list the house.
Buying a house that is 80% done can be complex and Diti walked us through it. Now that we have lived in it for about a year I can emphatically say that we are living in our dream house because of Diti's hard work and persistence.
Diti also sold our old house for us and got 100% of asking on the first day we were accepting offers. She put full effort into marketing our home including advertising, open houses, contacts, etc. I was 101% satisfied.
